The 27th edition of the International Circus Festival of Italy will take place in Latina from October 15th to 19th. This event, one of the most followed of its kind globally, features the world’s best circus performers, selected from all five continents, competing with each other in front of two illustrious juries (composed respectively of Technical Experts and Critics) for the top prizes of the Latina d’Oro, the Latina d’Argento, and the Latina di Bronzo.
Each show will also feature world-famous Special Guests: we are delighted to announce the participation of the famous clown Jimmy Folco, who will be celebrating 50 years as a performer at the Festival.
The 27th edition of the International Circus Festival of Italy will take place in Latina from Thursday, October 15th to Monday, October 19th 2026.
This Circus event, linked since its beginnings with the name of the regional centre of Latina, exists to promote the Circus and live performance.
The event revolves around the competition between the world’s top Circus performers, carefully chosen from all five continents. They will perform in front of an International Technical Jury composed of top experts, and a Critics Jury composed of journalists and showbiz personalities.
The main prizes of the Latina d’Oro, the Latina d’Argento, and the Latina di Bronzo will be awarded during the final evening on October 19th.
In addition to the Circus competition, there will be numerous additional events taking place during the Festival.
The numerous competing acts will be performing alongside a series of Special Guests: the first of these is Jimmy Folco, an Italian clown who has contributed significantly to the history of the Circus during the 50 years of his career.
There is no country nor famous international Circus venue where he has not performed: the Moira Orfei Circus, the Togni family’s Circo Americano, Circus Krone, Cirque d’Hiver Bouglione, Villa Grock, and Circus Arena are just some of the illustrious venues at which Jimmy Folco has appeared in the course of his long career.
The International Circus Festival of Italy, in inviting Jimmy Folco to appear as an honoured special guest, wishes to pay tribute to an accomplished artiste who has been entertaining audiences of all ages for the past 50 years.
